Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko states that Ukraine will never return under control of the Russian Federation.

The Ukrainian President said this at a joint with U.S. Vice President Joe Biden press conference, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“Today we are building a new, strong, powerful, democratic Ukraine. It is by no means a state which was during the escape of bankrupt and criminal authorities and the start of Russian military aggression. It is Ukraine which has dignity, commitment to democratic reforms, it is Ukraine which will never return to the stall of the Russian empire, it is Ukraine which firmly defends democratic values, rights and freedoms that are common for Ukraine and the United States,” President Poroshenko stressed.
