Zakharova: Lavrov discussed NK problem with FMs

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov’s recent meeting with his Azerbaijani counterpart Elmar Mammadyarov in Moscow were very constructive, the Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson, Maria Zakharova, told a briefing.

Axar.az reports citing to Vestnikkavkaza, Zakharova stressed that the sides had discussions on specific and distinctive ideas aimed at keeping the momentum in talks on the resolution of the conflict.

The spokesperson also noted that further meetings on settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict will take place.

The meeting of Lavrov and Mammadyarov was held on January 24.
