We are observing comments of Europe, especially Germany on human rights and freedom of speech in Azerbaijan. Especially remarks which are told by German deputies in PACE sessions gives argument to forces which don't like Azerbaijan and those who are searching an excuse against us.

Of course, we can't exclude binary standards and sometimes Europe uses it for applying political pressure on Azerbaijan for their own interests. But we should also admit that, if issue will pass to legal plane, there are documents behind remarks of European Parliaments. What are these "strong documents" which became an argument against Azerbaijan?

Network which produces "political refugee"

Everything has started from application of Oguz district citizen Intigam Aliyev to Axar.az. In application it was mentioned that Reshad Guliyev, who was working as a chairman of diaspora took $13.550 from him by fraud. (I.Aliyev has already applied to General Directorate for Combating Organized Crime more than a week ago.)

After publishing article, analogical accusation and documents were sent to editorial office from Germany. The most interesting moment was reveal of network, which was taking Azerbaijani citizens to Germany and making fake passports and documents.

Fake passports which were sold for large amounts of money

Neftchala citizen who is living in Germany, Murvatov Fuad told in his video - approach that, Azerbaijani refugee group has sold them fake correspondent ID and documents which "approve" that his wife Ilaha Murvatova was a "political activist" who faced pressure of government and even received death threats for large amount of money.

Citizen of Tartar region, Leninabad village Adil Agayev has also faced with analogical situation. His wife also got a document of "political chase and death threats of government".

Who makes "suffering journalist" from a village woman?

According to documents sent by applicants, they were given correspondent ID and fake membership ID of Musavat party or Azerbaijan National Front party. After that they are getting letters which "approves" these "martyrs" were under political pressure from organizations of Azerbaijan, which has official address, stamp but known by no one in Azerbaijan.

"Azad Soz" Ltd.

One of these organizations represents itself as an "Azad Soz" Ltd. In 15.07.2015, this organization gave one of its reliable No: 1815/72-94 certificates to the wife of Fuad Murvatov. Certificate "approves" that housewife Ilaha Murvatova has "really" faced with political pressure and death threats by government of Azerbaijan. She has a risk of being arrested, if she will return to Azerbaijan.

All these absurd was signed by F.Mammadov, who represent himself as a chairman of "Azad Soz" Ltd. Official address of this organization is Matbuat avenue, yard 529 (Azerbaijan Publishing House), phone number is +955 889 93 85.

"Qazeta Analytical Information Center"

One of the organizations which produces such fake documents is Qazeta Analytical Information Center. For strenghtening the lie of Ilaha Murvatova was a journalist who was facing political pressure and "danger of death", this "reliable organization" has also sent a letter to Germany on 15.07.2015. In a certificate No: 7811/15 organization gave an information about itself: they were recorded on 2010, TIN is (2001687911), and has two websites in three languages.

In certificate sent to Germany, organization says that, Ilaha Murvatova was facing death threat and applied them about it, there are news about her approach and asks Germany to help her.

Letter was signed by chairman of Qazeta AIM Anar Mammadov.

One of the interesting points is, they are claiming that they are working with news agencies like Avropa.info, Teref.info, Xalqxeber.az, Gündəminfo.az, Azadliq.info and political refugees.

In a statement to Axar.az, General editor of Avropa.info Ruslan Bashirli said that, they don't know about existence of such organization.

Numbers do not exist

We wanted to contact these numbers and learn their attitude on fake documents. It was obvious that, numbers which were presented by "Azad Soz" Ltd and Qazeta AIM do not work.

But in official website of Tax Ministry we found records of Qazeta AIM...

Result.

How many people who went to Germany got such fake documents? How many thousands of these documents were presented to German Foreign Ministry and Migration Department? How many people could get asylum from Germany with the help of these "reliable documents"?

It is a fact that, there is a criminal network. They are taking Azerbaijanis to Europe, making fake documents for them, creating fake "Party Membership ID" of Azerbaijan National Front party and Musavat party, making fake documents which approve that, they were facing threats of government and trying to get asylum for them.

As a result, although getting a refugee status, Foreign Ministry and Migration Department is full of such "documents". These fake documents of criminal network are used against Azerbaijan and reflect themselves in reports on human rights and freedom of speech violations.

Why this criminal network which works against Azerbaijan was not revealed for years? Why law enforcement organization did not do anything about issue which was topic of media time by time? Why does process of deceiving of Azerbaijanis taking their money and walking in streets of Germany with fake documents continue? There is also subject of human trafficking.

We hope that Internal Ministry will take into account these facts.
