Armenia’s occupation policy against Azerbaijan should be discussed in all political platforms.
Axar.az reports citing A Haber news agency that, Turkish President Erdogan said addressing the 13th Summit of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) in Islamabad March 1.
He said that though the ECO is an economic organization, the basic framework of its activities include politics.
“While taking steps, it is impossible to put aside politics. Many countries have problems,” said Erdogan.
The Turkish leader in his remarks also touched upon the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
“The ongoing talks for more than 20 years have yielded no results. We need to take resolute steps either within the framework of the OIC or ECO, and discuss Armenia’s aggressive policy in all meetings,” added Erdogan.
