Moldovan president signs EAEU memorandum

Moldovan President Igor Dodon signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) in Chisinau on Monday.

The signing ceremony with Dodon and Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) board chairman Tigran Sargsyan took place at the EAEU-Moldova international forum in Chisinau.

Dodon, in announcing the agreement’s signing date last month, said it would "make it easier for our goods to return to the Russian market" and the four other EAEU member states.
