All-Russian Azerbaijani Congress case - court's decision

Today, the Russian Court of Justice held trial proceedings over the lawsuit issued by the Ministry of Justice of the country on the liquidation of the registration license of the All-Russian Azerbaijani Congress.

Axar.az reports that the final judgment over the 16 years old organization, however, were not pronounced today. According to the press service of the Russian Supreme Court, the proceeding on the case No. AKPİ17-209 issue was held and the official report on the court’s decision will be announced on May 16.
