Serbia refused to join NATO

Serbia has no plans to join NATO.

Axar.az reports that it was said by the country’s Prime Minister and President-elect Aleksandar Vucic in an interview with the Pink TV channel on Tuesday.

"I have attended the NATO summit and told everyone that we had no intentions (to join NATO)," Vucic said. "We seek to remain militarily neutral and refrain from joining military blocs," he added.

Notably, Vucic is known as pro-western politician. Unlike NATO, he wants to be part of EU.
