Turkish Foreign Minister to visit Baku

Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu is expected to visit Azerbaijan.

The Turkish minister plans to attend the 7th ministerial meeting on "Asia's Heart" - Istanbul Process Initiative, to be held in Baku on December 1, Turkish ambassador to Azerbaijan Erkan Ozoral told reporters.

The main topic of the ministerial meeting in Baku will be the security and economic relations in the "Heart of Asia" region.

Notably, Azerbaijan is currently co-chairing the process with Afghanistan. High-level guests from other countries, including Afghanistan's President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani, will also attend the meeting.
