Axar.az informs, Armenian President Armen Sarkissian said in an interview with "Echo Moscow" radio.

Responding to how the change in power in Armenia will affect the dialogue with Baku, Sarkissian said he could not comment:

"Because I personally know President Ilham Aliyev. I know quite well. It is a very sensitive moment. It is impossible to exclude the tension in Nagorno-Karabakh. The new government must seriously deal with border security from the first day.

Russia is Armenia's strategic and military political partner. Everyone knows that the Armenian army is very close to the Russian army. The supply of the Armenian army is made by Russia, not by NATO or China.
