Nikol Pashinyan has violated the law by visiting Shusha, and Nagorno-Karabakh is an Azerbaijani region, Bayram Safarov, chairman of the Public Union “Azerbaijani Community of Nagorno-Karabakh”, head of Shusha District Executive Authority told reporters on Thursday, APA reports.

“Pashinyan will regret visiting Shusha,” said Safarov, stressing that it is not correct to go to a land stained by the blood of innocent people.

Asked about a possible meeting between representatives of the Azerbaijani and Armenian communities of Nagorno-Karabakh, Safarov said that there is nothing new on this issue.

“A new government is to be built in Armenia. If a new team or a new prime minister give up the occupation policy, they will survive,” he added.
