Albanian President to visit Azerbaijan

Albanian President Ilir Meta is to visit Baku in March.

Axar.az reports that he will attend the 7th Global Baku Forum to be held on March 14-16, organized by the Nizami Ganjavi International Center.

Notably, President of Albania Ilir Meta also attended previous forums held in Baku. The Nizami Ganjavi International Center has close cooperation with the Albanian government for already more than 5 years. Three former Albanian presidents - Bujar Nishani, Rexhep Meidani, and Sali Berisha are the members of the Center.

Notably, 450 guests from over 70 countries are expected to attend the forum. The topic of the 7th Global Baku Forum will be the "New Foreign Policy of the World". The current heads of state and government will also attend the event.
