There are news in the press, but it is wrong to give a definite idea. Only after the official announcement of Qatar we can take a serious step.

This statement was told by Turkish Ambassador in Azerbaijan Mr. Erkan Ozoral during his interview to Axar.az.

Ambassador told that, it is normal for Qatar to establish relations with third countries.

"Qatar is a friendly country of both Azerbaijan and Turkey. Of course, it is normal for Qatar to establish relations with third countries. This is Qatar's decision. But in doing so, we believe that they will keep in mind the relations with Turkey and Azerbaijan."

Let us note that Turkey has strongly defended Qatar while whole world created a coalition against this country.
