It is impossible to settle the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict in the US through negotiations in favor of Azerbaijan.

Russian historian and political scientist Oleg Kuznetsov told this to Axar.az during his comment on the US Secretary of State's proposal about holding the next meeting of Foreign Ministers on Nagorno Karabakh issue in Washington.

According to the expert, unlike Russia and France, America has been recognizing the independence of the second Armenian state in the Caucasus for many years at the legislative level and everyone in the world knows this:

"American politicians do not explicitly violate their laws in their own countries, and Pompeo, the secretary of state, won't do it neither.

It is impossible to settle the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict in the US through negotiations in favor of Azerbaijan" - he said.
