Kremlin knows that If the war begins in Karabakh - Kuznetsov

Many people in Baku today wish for an active military war in Karabakh with any provocation by Yerevan, but I do not think it will happen.

Oleg Kuznetsov told this to Axar.az during his comment on the last sitation in Karabakh.

According to him, Yerevan is committed to protecting the stability of the front line, to prevent the Azerbaijani Army from becoming a large-scale attack:

"The Kremlin is aware of the low level of Armenian combat capability and weakness of military equipment. They are sure that military operations in Karabakh will lead their only ally in South Caucasus to defeat. Therefore, official Moscow is not interested in launching any military operation in Karabakh. Because if the war starts, the side to be punished will be Yerevan, not Baku. As a result, Russia will be obliged to protect Armenia's military power and sovereignty".

According to the expert, Russia does not want direct war with Azerbaijan:

"In this case, official Moscow will lose Turkey's support. This can mean the loss of Syria for Russia.

But at the same time, we should not forget that customers of such a war may also be other central powers of the world".
