Turkish president, world leaders celebrate Eid on phone

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and several world leaders on Monday have exchanged greetings over Eid al-Adha, a Muslim religious holiday.

Axar.az reports citing Anadolu Agnecy.

Turkey’s Directorate of Communications said in a statement that Erdogan had phone calls with Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, Kyrgyz President Sooronbay Jeenbekov and Kazakhstan’s founding President Nursultan Nazarbayev.
