The Kremlin does not rule out a telephone conversation between the presidents of Russia and Turkey.

Axar.az informs that, this was said by the head of the Kremlin's press service, Dmitry Peskov.

"There will be a telephone conversation between Erdogan and Putin in the near future," Peskov said.

Note that Ibrahim Kalin, the presidential secretary of Turkey, also said he wanted to talk to Putin about the attack on the Turkish military convoy in Idlib.
