Is Putin visiting Armenia?

The Eurasian Economic Union is having a summit in Yerevan on October 1. Russian President Vladimir Putin is going to grace the Armenian capital with his presence.

Axar.az reports citing Russian media that Russian ambassador in Armenia Sergey Kopirkin said Putin's visit to Yerevan would be canceled if Putin's request to meet with imprisoned Kocharyan would be rejected.
