Russia: Gulf countries must start to talks defuse tension

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on Thursday urged all countries in the Gulf to sit down for talks to defuse tensions following an attack on Saudi oil infrastructure.

Axar.az reports citing Interfax that speaking in Moscow, Lavrov called for measures to be put in place to stop a similar situation happening in the region again and said that groundless accusations against Iran over the attacks were inflaming tensions, Interfax reported.
