3 countries against Turkey's operation

Egypt, Greece and South Cyprus issued statements on Turkey's planned operation in northern Syria.

Axar.az reports that all three countries have expressed concern about Turkey's military operation, Axar.az reports.

Egyptian President Abdullah Sisi, South Cyprus leader Nikos Anastasiadis and Greek Prime Minister Kiriakos Miçotakis said in a statement after the summit that they considered Turkey's operation "illegal".

They also said that Turkey's operation to ensure its own security violated the territorial integrity of Syria and described it as an attempt to change the existing demographic situation.
