Karabakh proposal from Lukashenko: Let's solve it!

I propose a joint solution to the frozen conflicts in the post-Soviet space.

Axar.az reports that Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said it at a meeting of CIS heads of states in Ashgabat.

“We have been together and have fought together, but see what is happening in the post-Soviet space. How many such conflicts exist! Why can't we solve these issues? If we have an opportunity to do anything, we need to solve these problems. To be fair, it is necessary to solve them correctly. We should not create a situation where we will have to call people from across the ocean to help, "he said.
