The Russian Foreign Ministry has commented on a note issued by Azerbaijan to Russia regarding the visit of Constantine Zatuli, a member of the Russian State Duma, to the occupied Nagorno-Karabakh and making anti-Azerbaijani statements there.

Axar.az that Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Maria Zakharova confirmed the accession of diplomatic notes to Azerbaijan at a briefing today.

"I can say that the Russian Foreign Ministry's website has long been preventing the entry of Azerbaijan into the territory of the former Nagorno-Karabakh Autonomous Region and citizens traveling to seven regions without the special approval of the Azerbaijani government," she said. This notice is posted on the site. This is an urgent warning and it applies to everyone, ”Zakharova said.
