Tonoyan's insolence: The Karabakh issue is resolved

Armenian diplomats respond to Nicol Pashinina's statement "Karabakh is from Armenia, point".

Axar.az reports that Armenian Defense Minister David Tonoyan told journalists on Wednesday.

Asked by the journalist, "How do you imagine a solution to the Karabakh conflict," Tonoyan replied, "The Karabakh issue is resolved":

“I can only imagine the victory. The Karabakh issue has been resolved ”.
