Putin accepts invitation to visit Cuba

Russian President Vladimir Putin has accepted the invitation from Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel to visit his country.

Axar.az reports citing TASS.

During the meeting with the Russian leader, Diaz-Canel also "conveyed warm greetings from Raul Castro."

"I take this opportunity to reiterate the invitation to visit our country when it is possible for you," he said.

"Thank you very much for the invitation, I will be sure to take advantage of it. Please convey my best wishes to comrade Castro," Putin replied.
