Pompeo`s call: Listen to the protestors!

The Iraqi authorities should listen to the protesters.

Axar.az reports this was said by US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.

He also called on the authorities to lift the ban on internet access and the media following mass protests.

Prime Minister Adil Abdel-Ahmad accepted the resignation after days of rallies against corruption and unemployment in Iraq.
