Latvia will give them direct citizenship

Latvian President Eqilis Levits has issued an order to automatically give birth to children born in the country.

Axar.az reports that according to the decree, citizenship will be granted to children only with the permission of their parents.

It should be noted that the Latvian Seimas made this decision on October 17.

Currently, 1.9 million people live in Latvia. 40% of them are Russian speakers.
