The ISIS terrorist group has grown from a quasi-state body to a global networking organization.

Axar.az reports this was stated by the official of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Jumakhan Kiyesov.

“ISIS members are now demonstrating their tactical agility and adaptability to new conditions. ISIS leaders have been able to maintain a management system to maintain a sufficient resource base for attacks and terrorist attacks around the world, ”Kiyesov said.
