No agreement without Karabakh people - Lavrov

An agreement on the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict cannot be reached without the consent of the population of this region.

Axar.az reports Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said this at a press conference with his Armenian counterpart Zohrab Mnatsakanyan.

“It is clear that no agreement can be made without the permission of the people of Nagorno-Karabakh and the population of Nagorno-Karabakh. Armenia will not just sign it, "he said.
