We should not repeat the mistakes of the USSR - Putin

It is not possible to repeat the mistakes of the USSR when purchasing local facilities in national projects.

Axar.az reports that Russian President Vladimir Putin said it at a government meeting.

He said that the local machinery should be fully competitive.

Putin said that domestic production must meet the needs of customers.
