Syrian oil is needed for the US political system.

Axar.az reports that Syrian President Bashar al-Assad said in an interview with Russia 24 television.

"The US is a state with a political regime based on gangs. The US president does not represent the state, he is merely the director of the company, and the board of directors stands behind the director, which in turn represents the major American companies that own the state. These companies include oil companies, weapons manufacturers, banks and other lobbyists, ”he said.
