It is possible to hold constructive talks between the US and Russia.

Axar.az reports that Russian President Vladimir Putin has said these words.

The head of the Kremlin said dialogue could take place when partners are ready for sincere discussions about bilateral cooperation.

Putin added that if Trump visits Russia on May 9, he will definitely meet with him.

Note that US President Trump expressed his desire to participate in a parade on May 9, 2020, to mark the 75th anniversary of the victory in Russia.
