The world faces serious challenges and threats.

Axar.az reports that Russian President Vladimir Putin has said it at a meeting of the Security Council.

“We see that the world is facing serious challenges and threats. Uncertainty is multiplying, and technology is rapidly evolving. There is growing competition in the military and new forms are being adopted, ”Putin said.
