US will not impose new sanctions on Russia - Kostin

US sanctions against Russia will not be lifted in the coming years, but new sanctions are not expected to be adopted unless serious changes in US domestic affairs and geopolitics are made.

Axar.az reports this was stated by Andrei Kostin, the head of VTB Bank in Russia.

"The US sanctions will not be lifted in the coming years. However, unless there is a significant change in US domestic problems and geopolitics, new sanctions are not expected, ”he said.
