Vladimir Putin call to Zelensky

Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Ukrainian counterpart Vladimir Zelensky had a telephone conversation.

Axar.az informs that, the phone conversation was initiated by Kiev ahead of the "Normandy format" meeting.
