There is no promise regarding the S-400 - Cavusoglu

Turkey has not made any promises about the deployment of the S-400.

Axar.az reports this was stated by Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu.

“We have not promised anyone that we will not use the S-400. We bought them because we needed air defense systems, ”he said.
