Shoigu explained: Relationships are getting worse

Moscow is ready to cooperate with NATO, but relations deteriorate each year.

Axar.az informs that, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu has said this.

“5 years ago we had a very active partnership with Brussels. We thought there were alternatives to moving forward in the implementation of the treaties. Unfortunately, they are broken down every year. All the doors are open for us, and we are ready to cooperate, "Shoigu said.
