Mammadyarov: Meeting with Mnatsakanyan

A meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan and Armenia is planned.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov.

The minister said he met with Permanent Representative of the OSCE Chairman Andrzej Kaspershik, who supported the meeting at the level of foreign ministers.
