Haftar doesn't want to meet with Sarraj - Lavrov

Head of the Libyan National Army Khalifa Haftar and Chairman of the National Reconciliation Government Fayez al Sarraj are not yet ready for direct talks.

Axar.az reports that Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has said it.

"The key to the Berlin conference is that the Libyan parties do not repeat their past mistakes, do not make further demands, or start blaming each other. The relationship between them is very tense now. They don't even want to be in the same room,” he said.
