The names of the leader of the Libyan National Army Marshal Khalifa Haftar and the head of Libya's National Concord Government Fayez Sarraj were not included in the list of participants at the conference in Berlin.

Axar.az informs that, this was stated in a press release issued by the German Cabinet of Ministers.

China, France, Great Britain, Russia, US, Egypt, Algeria, Congo, Italy, Turkey, UAE, European Union, European Commission, UN and African Union are among the international participants of the Berlin conference on Libya.

In the last paragraph of the press release, "along with Fayez Sarraj and Khalifa Haftar were invited by the German Chancellor."

German Foreign Minister Hayko Maas said that Libyan National Army Chief Marshal Khalifa Haftar and Libyan National Concord Government Fayez Sarraj will attend a conference on Libya to be held in Berlin on Sunday.
