German minister on Libya: We got the key

We got the key to open Libya's knot here, and now we have to turn it to unlock it.

Axar.az reports that German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas said in his speech on the outcome of the Libyan conference.

“Signatures are not enough. We will set up a committee to oversee the decision-making process, ”the Foreign Minister said.

The conference on the settlement of the Libyan conflict in Berlin ended yesterday.
