Is Russia becoming a parliamentary republic? - Putin

The transition to Russia's parliamentary rule is not in vain.

Axar.az reports this was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

“Can we have a parliamentary form of government? Theoretically possible. Is it advisable or not? Everyone has their own opinion on it. I think it is not advisableç ” he said.

Putin attributed this to the lack of long-term experience of parties in the country:

“For the effective existence of the Parliamentary Republic, the political structure needs to grow. Some parties have existed in Europe for hundreds of years. We have a party associated with that person. ”
