The Hague Court fined Russia $ 50 billion

The Hague Court of Appeal fined Russia $ 50 billion.

Axar.az reports that the court ruled that Moscow should pay Yukos shareholders this amount.

The Russian Ministry of Justice has already issued a statement on the matter. The ministry said they would appeal the decision of the Hague Court of Appeal to the Dutch Supreme Court.

In 2014, the International Arbitration in The Hague made a decision to illegally nationalize Russia's Yukos.
