Will Lavrov visit Tbilisi? - Karasin announced

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will likely not attend the meeting of the Council of European Foreign Ministers in Tbilisi.

Axar.az reports this was stated by Grigori Karasin, a member of the Russian Federation Council in an interview with “Immediate”. However, he said Russia would attend the meeting.

“Who will go to the Ministry is the subject of extensive discussion. The minister and others are named. Let's wait and see what happens. I can't make a decision on behalf of Sergei Lavrov. "
