President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory letter to Estonian President Kersti Kalyulay on the national holiday - Independence Day.

Axar.az reports that with another letter President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has congratulated the Japanese Emperor Naruhito on the national holiday of his country.
