Axar.az informs that, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan have signed the "Protocol of the eighth meeting of the High Level Strategic Cooperation Council between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Turkey".
