The annexation by Ukraine is an insult for Donbas

Donbas will not return to Ukraine.

Axar.az reports this was stated by Vladislav Surkov, ex-aide of the Russian president. He said Ukraine does not deserve Donbas:

“Donbas does not deserve such humiliation. Donbas is not a concept, it`s a person to me. First of all, it means people. Zakharchenko, Khodakovsky, Boroday, Pinchuk, Bolotov, Bezler, Tolstik (Donbas desert commanders - red.) ... ”
