US: That`s how Russia impacts the Caucasus

Georgia is a determined ally of the United States in the South Caucasus.

Axar.az reports this statement is included in the report of US Commander Ted Walter to the US Congress. He said the Kremlin was trying to influence the South Caucasus by manipulating, escalating regional tensions and escalating military conflicts.

"The Kremlin considers that chronic destabilization is the key to hegemony in the region."
