Vladimir Putin spoke with Kazimi

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Kazimi have agreed on steps toward long-term normalization in Syria.

Axar.az informs that, the Kremlin announced this.

According to the report, the main point on which the leaders exchanged views on regional issues was the settlement process in Syria:

"It was agreed to coordinate steps to ensure a long-term normalization of the situation in Syria and to restore the country's sovereignty and territorial integrity."
