Chairman of the State Council of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea Kim Jong Un has sent a congratulatory letter to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has sent a congratulatory letter to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

The letter reads:
