Putin's proposal: Voting will take place on this date...

Russia will vote on the amendments to the Constitution on July 1.

Axar.az informs that, the proposal was made by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Putin instructed the Central Election Commission, the Russian Federal Agency for Consumer Rights and Human Welfare, as well as regional leaders to ensure full security at the polls.
