Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has responded to US President Donald Trump's offer of understanding.

Axar.az informs that, the Foreign Minister called on the United States to return to the nuclear deal on Twitter.

"When you took office, there was already an agreement between the United States and Iran. Iran and the other parties to the agreement have never left the table. So far, many of your fired advisers have played stupid games. It is up to you to rectify this situation," Zarif said.

It should be noted that there was an exchange of prisoners between Washington and Tehran. Trump then thanked Iran and promised a good deal between the two countries after winning the election.
